Maybe someone can help me. My first bloodwork my RF was 18, i was told that mormal is below 14. My new results the doctor told my was borderline. Because i have symptons in my hands, she says i probably have RA. She says she will do some other tests in October which i my next appt. My ANA was also negative. I know i am not the same as i use to be. I get a bad spasm in my left side of the neck, which she says may have nothing to with RA. But, it won't go away and when it does spasm, it really hurts. Does anyone feel that i should have a second opinion or just wait until OCtober?
I think you may be in the beginning stages of something. My tests showed borderline for a long time. I had that neck spasm thing....OUCH. October isn't too far off, maybe stick it out and see how it goes. If you're not satisfied then, maybe you can consider a second opinion then. Good luck to you.
