Can Someone please tell me which is worse RA or Lupus and what the difference is between them......curious

Differences -- Lupus specific features

Malar rash/butterfly rash across face and bridge of nose, non-symetrical joint pain/swelling, sun-sensitivity, mouth ulcers, swollen glands, an elevated sed rate and low complement rate, Positive tests for the following auto-antibodies (anti-DNA, snti-Sm, anti-RNP, anti-Ro, anti-La) help diagnose, skin or kidney biopsy sometimes ordered to diagnose lupus, lupus can be associated with hair loss.

Which is worse?  Can't tell you that -- both are systemic diseases that can affect the organs of the bodies -- there are light cases of RA and Lupus and severe in both instances.  Neither are good.
