Rheumatoid Arthritis

If you have recently been diagnosed or have ever been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and have a rheumatoid factor greater than 2000, you may have an opportunity to receive up to 0 per week for participating in our Plasma Donation Program.

Some Symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis :
Chronic joint pain “Hot feeling” in joints
Morning stiffness-lasting more than 30 minutes Nodules or lumps under your skin
Difficulty moving joints Fatigue associated with these symptoms
Joint tenderness/swelling

What is the Plasma Donation Program?

Participation in Biolynk’s Plasma Donation Program entails nothing more than providing a simple plasma donation at an FDA licensed plasma collection facility. The plasma collection process plasmapheresis is much like giving whole blood. However, donating plasma is a lot easier on the body than a whole blood donation because it typically does not leave you feeling dizzy or weak.

What is a Rheumatoid factor and how do you know what yours is?

Rheumatoid factor (RF) blood test measures the amount of the RF antibody present in most people with Rheumatoid Arthritis. A high rheumatoid factor generally does not indicate how much pain you are in or how sick you may feel. In order to participate in the Patient Healthcare Program you must have a rheumatoid factor greater than 2000. If you do not know what your current rheumatoid factor is, please ask your doctor; retesting may be necessary in order to qualify.

How to Qualify?

You must be at least 18 years old and weight at least 110 lbs.
You can not be Hepatitis C or HIV positive.
You must be willing to travel to an FDA licensed donor center and provide a plasma donation. If a center is not located near you, and you qualify to participate, you will be reimbursed for your travel expenses.
You are then compensated a minimum of 0 per donation and the program allows you to donate twice a week earning you a minimum of 0 per week.

Glad to hear most everything is good.

This is interesting! I guess they're using the plasma to find a cure?
Not sure, but am going to post it again only this time with the contacts information:
