Hi All,
Finally having less pain, picked up my meds yesterday. I even had a decent nights sleep, which for me is rare.
But it is a beautiful day here in Maine, sunny and about 65 and I am not going to think at all about my fibro or my pain. Think that will work? I have only been diagnosed with fibro for a few months, so I am finding the pain and fatigue sometimes overwhelming.(most times)
My two grandchildren 5 and 3 are spending the night tomorrow, so I think I have to rest up and will probably be wiped out after, but looking so forward to spending time with them. They live close by, but between work and fatigue and their schedules, I feel like I don't see them nearly enough. But I will be grateful for the time I do have.

What pain meds. are you taking?I am on ultram 100mg. twice a day.not helping pain but makes me feel better.No longer feel run down and like I have the flu.Except today for a couple of hours I was wiped out completely.Did too much today.I hate it when we feel good and do just normal things and then pay for it later.Just not fair.
