Boney   Hi Boney, are you able to do any exercise, I was having terrible BP readings recently and DR was getting pretty worried, as I am already on BP meds, we worked for weeks to get it down, I took up walking even though it was painful and very slow, but it worked, just a thought!  HUgs Janie. hi janie i am able to walk all though slooow. now the sun is out  i am getting out
more but not walking far. i must try and go further.. i am pleased to see
this worked for you..  personally i think arava put my bp up it was fine for 13 yrs
then pow started arava and up it went...
