I need help with some bloodwork info | Arthritis Information

I recently received a copy of my bloodwork in the mail. First it says ER-DEFINED ABNORMALITIES:  Anemia  This may be a stupid question because my doctor didn't address it on the phone, does this mean I am? Why wouldn't she discuss that, since it may relate to people with rheumatoid.  Secondly what are RBC, HGB, AND HCT?  Two were below normal number range and one was very low.  Please someone help me with this?RBC is red blood count, HGB is your hemoglobins and HCT Hematocrit. The
RBC is a test of how your red blood cells are delivering oxygen around your
body. If they're not, you have anemia that can lead to fatigue. Hemoglobin is
a protein used by the red blood cells to distribute the oxygen. The
hematocrit test is to measure the percentage of your blood that is occupied
by red blood cells. All three are used to see if you have anemia I think. Not
sure why your doctor didn't mention it though, I thought they would have
recommended an iron/folic acid/b vitamin supplement or something.
