Maybe the Remicade will last longer than 3 weeks this time.
I was busy on Monday working on a card. Then the rest of the week, MIL was on vacation so was gone with her a lot.
My knees are pretty cool! They are not even that swelled or warm to the touch. They have been like for a few days now! Too bad it had to take 2 weeks of 20 prednisone to achieve that result! Oh and I am back down to 10mg of pred now too.
Well... that is what I have been doing... a bunch of NOTHING!

Sorry did not mean to worry ya'll. Oh and hubby was hogging the internet when we were at home or my back was hurting so bad that I had to go lay down when we did get home.
Oh and I am not the only person my RD now knows of that has had a stroke while on Remicade! The Remicade nurse told me yesterday that RD has a new patient and that the patient told her she had a stroke after starting Remicade! I was like wow! Remicade nurse said now there is 2 of us LOL! I would think RD is probably starting to get a little worried about Remicade by now, I know I would be LOL!
Glad your back! Glad you were busy with MIL - not ill!Oh yesterday evening I was sleeping. That Benedryl they gave me in my IV made me sleepy, but I never went to sleep. Remicade nurse was telling me I would probably fall asleep during my infusion because of the benedryl, but nope... I was wide awake. I finally went to sleep around 9:30pm, 10 hours after the benedryl give to me. Yeah... Remicade nurse was surprised I did not fall asleep while there. I bet she would have been even more amazed that I did not go to sleep until 10 hours after given it LOL!Joonie, glad to see you back and doing alright!Yeah!! Joonie is Back....It is good to be back. My days have been so screwed up since Monday! I kept gaining a day some where. Like I would think it was wednsday when it was only Tuesday. I just got straightened back out on what day it is as of yesterday. I had some thing tangable to attach Thursday to, like my infusion LOL!
I hate it when my days get throwed off by something or someone.
Of course we missed you Joonie. After all, you are the one that keeps "The home fires burnin!" Glad you are ok.
