If you can get a little something out of the image, all well and good, if not, so be it.

I just had to get out yesterday morning before the cold snap hits us..

Bodak2008-05-16 17:27:49Wow! Look how calm that water is. Beautiful picture!

My husband would say that is perfect sking water.
still working on getting pic. of my daughter playing Volleyball.  Action shots are tough to get .any pointer's.
fast shutter speed (above 500) and a camera that is capable of fast accurate focus.
Other than that you need to pre focus on an area and time the shutter release to capture the action.
I am using Digital SLRs for my shots which make it easier than what they call point and shoots.
Having said that, any camera can do it but the operator has to learn his camera and craft.
Bodak, that is so beautiful!   LOVE IT!!
You have a good eye!
Great shot, I will post some of mine in the near future.Beautiful Shot!! Gorgeous sky - I love your photography!

I have to admit when I see a post that looks like it will contain a picture from you, I'm fast to open it.  You are ONE TALENTED GUY!  I get a lot of enjoyment from seeing them.  This, just like the rest, is very beautiful.

Lovely.  See there, that's why I want to visit AU before I get too stiff and sore to make the looooong trip.  My husband votes for New Zealand, also very beautiful, I hear.  So I guess it will have to be a trip of at least a few weeks if we ever do get the chance to go.  In the meantime, I'll just enjoy your fabulous pictures.  HI Stephen, your pictures should be prescribed as a DMARD, they are so soothing and relaxing, they do more for my pain than any drug!!!!!!  Love Janie. OMG, I'm having the worst day I've had in a long time...and I opened this.  This has to be my favorite of all.  I'm a water/boat freak.  Wicked nice.
I have not been to New Zealand, but from what I have seen from others, this is one of the best places to see and photograph.
I myself have a wish for New Zealand and the other is Canada, most of all, I want to see my own country in all it's seasons.

The images I have put up can be seen anywhere within the world and are probably right at our own back doors.
It's the way we view our world that needs to change, way to much hustle and bustle.
We do not even see these images let alone feel them, because we are concerned about everything else that is happening.

When we can see, hear, smell, and feel what is around us, then we are closer to ourselves than a lot would like to admit.
I might add that without going into religion, you are closer to what I believe God wants us to feel.
