My mom is in ICU and has been for the past several days with pnuemonia. So far the antibiotics aren't helping her. She's on oxygen and an airway was inserted; she's sedated to keep her from tugging on it and to allow her to sleep; her meds, liquids and nourishments are all being given via IV. At this time her medical team isn't at all optimistic that she will get through this.
Though I did respond to a post by Joie while using a hospital computer I haven't been on since. Until this medical crisis with my mom is past I won't be on the board.
Please, include my mom in your prayers. I don't care how old you are you never want to lose your mom or your dad. * Gentle Hugs * To All.
