I was disappointed in her book.   The only part I found interesting was the RA part and that was a small section.  I think she could do a great service by talking about the RA more, now that it's out there and there's no need to fear its affect on her career. I was also a little disappointed in the book..  If she wants to be a spokesperson.. then DO it!!  quit dancing around it like it's a birthday party!!  Get to the nitty gritty.... tell people what it's like and what can be done...  Arrrghh....  I'm glad I wasn't watching her on TV.... I may have hurt my screen  ;)I agree also, have just finished skimming through the book, found it boring, badly written and the only semi interesting part was about RA.  I too was dissapointed with the programme but a lot of it I think was down to the interviewer who seemed more intent on analysing kathleen turners relationship with her father. I enjoyed the book as I read it as an autobiography not a book just about RA. I do think she would be good at putting her voice to the cause of RA. Celebrities who have the disease seem to take a back seat when it comes to doing something about it.
