I have been cleaning my room for about 5 hours now. It is not that messed up, but boxes of stuff and baskets of clothes scattered thru out my room. PLUS, since I have been card making I have a nice "little" paper mess in my floor where my workstation is.

I decided I was tired of looking at my room, my favorite place to be, and I decided to clean it.

Well... about 15 mins into it my legs started shaking uncontrollably. I do not know why, they just are. I stopped rested and started again, and again they started shaking uncontrollably. I stopped rested and tried again... this time my whole body hands, arms, legs, EVERYTHING started shaking uncontrollably. I mean it was like all my muscles were twitching and jumping around. The shaking in my legs get worse when I bend over to pick stuff up.

I am not sure I ever want to try to clean house again. This is not the first time body parts have shook uncontrollably while I tried to clean house. I am not sure what it is from. My body is not tired... it is not fatigued to my knowledge. I did not over do. I am not in any pain.... little to no swelling... nothing that would cause this.

I am guessing... I am going out on a limb here

Oh well... I was just wondering if anyone else has something similar happen to them.

Actually... my right leg shaking, started when I was taking a shower earlier this afternoon. I was standing there washing my hair then my right leg started shaking and it kept shaking after I sat down. I am not sure why it would do that. Probably fibro?
joonie2008-05-19 19:14:42Joonie - Have you had your back checked?  I have had similar symptoms and I just had surgery this morning to clean out a severly herniated disc.  Just a thought.  You need to get it figured out though, because even if it isn't back related, there is definitely something going on.  I hope it's nothing serioius and you get relief soon.

Dawn
Joonie- I don't want to make light of your problem...but you sound like an earthquake!

I don't know what it could be- hope everything is OK!
Thanks Dawn. I am not sure what it is. It only happens when I am doing stuff like house work, and then other times it happens just doing nothing. My muscles are not weak or being over strained.

It kinda feels like when your blood sugar goes down and you get the shakes, except this shaking is much stronger and feels weird and goes away a little after I sit down and rest.

I have an appointment with my GP next month so I will tell him about it and see what he says.
Hahahahaa ... earthquake! That is exactly how it feels too. I wonder if it has anything to do with my BP. It shouldn't I have been taking my BP pills and aspirin.

Well... on the bright side... I am doing ok RA wise. Have not took a pain pill in a week. The 20mg of pred helped me over the hump and now I think the Remicade is working. I am back down to 10mg of pred now.

It is just weird how things bother and bother you... until you complain about it and get it seen about and then POOF! It is gone. I swear this right hip/leg crap has not bothered me since I started the 20mg of pred 2 weeks ago, and dropped down to 10mg and still not bothering me.
This is some crazy crap. Just like my neck/upper back/shoulders area that bothered me for 3 freaking years non-stop and then go get x-rays of it and then BAM! it is almost non-exisitant and x-rays say nothing wrong.

I am telling you CRAZY CRAP!
Well... I rested long enough. Need to go finish my room

Aftershocks here I come!I just checked my BP and it is 116/88 and pulse 111  and that was after resting while I was on the internet for 20 mins.

I still wonder why my pulse is rapis while being on BP pills. I do not think anyone figured out why my pulse is still rapid. I think it was said from the nodules on my thyroid. I cannot remember.

I just have to clear off my workstation aka desk and my dresser. Then it really will be mess free and clean! I just left the clothes in their baskets easier for hubby to find clothes... I think

Welp... I spent half of my day cleaning my room. I wonder just how long it would take me to clean the whole house if I was able to. It would probably take me days instead of hours because when I clean... I CLEAN. I do not half-ass do cleaning... I am a recovering germ-a-phobe... so... that means it is clean and you could probably eat off of it! Yep!

I miss my house being clean clean clean, but you have to know your limits and well... when I clean house... I tend not to know my limit and over-do. I probably would have over-done today if it was not for my aftershocks! Hey Joonie........my house could use a good old fashioned cleaning. **HINT HINT**** LOL

My hubby's on vacation this week and he swept all the floors and mopped! I didn't even ask him. I was quite surprised and happy!!! Probably wants something something. LOL
LMAO! Now... he is too tired from all that work... so something something is outta the question.

I would probably DIE if I mopped my floors. I tried it one time when we first moved up here and OMG! I about died from pain and cried the whole time I was mopping and still did not finish mopping the room! Sweeping about kills me. I have to take breaks when sweeping too. But tonight I sat down in the computer chair and swept the floor LMAO! It worked until I almost fell outta the chair. you're right he is crashed on the couch, snoring his head off. LOL
See... there!

Oh wait! He might get his 2nd wind now. Tuff luck for you! _popupControl();
