Hi guys, I have been resting, have taken all my meds and extra, and I retired to electric blanket, but my pain levels are about a 7, and all over, any advice appreciated.  Hugs Janie.  PS. Very stressed re son, possible RA or AS or Chrohns?????  My worst nightmare!!!

Sorry you're feeling so rough right now, Janie.  When will you know more about your son?

i allways think what will be will be..  go easy on the pain meds
extras are no good on the body..

Wishing you and son well...   Boney
Sorry you are having trouble with pain and worries. How about a nice hot shower- letting that hot water pound on all those aching joints?

Lets us know how you are doing and what's happening with your son.
Sorry, Janie. I hope it calms down for you soon.

Huggs!
A seven?  Poor baby.  Your worries about your son is only making things worse, I'm sure.  That "worry" pain is off the charts no doubt.  Would a warm bath help?  Oh I hope you feel better. i hope your son doesn't have anything. But life isn't over with it. And you will understand what he is going through. My mom had and has no idea, it took her a long time to have a lot of concern and really know that I wasn't a downer and complaining for the sake of complaining all the time. Praying though! Thanks guys, I will know more Monday when my son sees the rheumatologist.  I just stayed in bed last night and put the electric blanket on high.  Eventually fell asleep, thanks for your advice.  Love Janie. I'm going to have to corral all you Aus girls and give you a good going over to see if I can fix the problem.

Sorry things are not going well for you at the moment and that your son has the lesser of what you suspect.
Having that stressful situation certainly does not help.
Janie, I'm so sorry you are having extra pain problems. I know that worries about our families can make our pain worse. Stress is so bad for auto-immune disease, and many others, for that matter!

Please let us know what you find out about your son. It is always so hard to deal with illness in our children. it doesn't matter how old they get; when they're sick they will always be our babies.

I don't recognize some of your meds... Are you on an anti-depressant? I think you said before that you are. I hope so. I think that many of us have additional depression problems. I know that lots of us are on anti-depressants.

Feel better, Sweetie!

Much love, Nini
