Has anyone tried this supplement? It is advertised to repair cartilage, increase mobility and repair joints. Just curious - sounds too good to be true.I was also wondering about Glucosamine... Sulfate vs. HCl. The latter seems to be harder to find, and more expensive.
I noticed Dona Glucosamine Sulfate was the one used in studies, but was wondering if anyone had any first-hand experience?
