Joonie, I remember those first pictures and boy are your knees better. You must be thrilled to see and feel the difference. Lindyhi Joonie nice knees
Joonie do the backs of your knees swell? Glad you are getting better some. I think you are getting better. Sorry the knees swelled back up some. How long do they say this medicine takes to work? Are you taking Remicade and Imurine at the same time? Thanks everyone! Yep... I am happy with how the Remicade is doing. I think and believe it is doing way more for me than Humira ever did. At least with Remicade I have a few good weeks, and not a few good days like I was having with Humira.
Milly... I never really thougth about the backs of my legs swelling while the front of my knees are swelled. But I believe they do. I had hubby look at them one other time when you mentioned it and he said one looked puffier in the back, which was my right leg. I think that is why I have a hard time bending my knees and all not because of the swellingi n the front but because of the swelling in the back & front. Not much room for the inflammation to move to if the whole cavity is fill with inflammation.
I had that little bit of swelling in the pics from the other day, and I could walk and bend my knees, and sit down and all the things I normally could not. I would think that I wouldnot be able to bend my knees with any kind of swelling, at least that was the thought I had, but until now not able to see if that was so. but it looks like I cannot bend my knees when I have swelling front and back of my knees.
I would have never of thought about swelling in the backs of my knees. I never had a RD to check the backs, only the fronts. I guess that is why I never thought about it. PLUS, I could only see the fronts, so the backs were out of sight... you know the ole saying.
