Arthritis Information -Newly diagnosed a

Hi and Welcom LolaBlue. So glad you found your way here. If you come on over to the arthritis thread you'll get a lot more responses.

I've been on MXT for 4 years and most weeks I'm fine, every once in awhile I have a MXT hangover the next day. I've no bad side effects to date. I'm on 17.5 mg. weekly and do injections.

I'm on 7.5mg and do the pills once a week. I find that I am really tired and sometimes i get queasy.

What are your symtons? I only of know of one person that has RA and she is my 15 year old daughters best friend. She is on the injections also. I know she has joint swelling. I have really bad hip pain and ankles and feet swell. I have no idea what to look forward to in the future.

My name is Lisa and I was recenlty diagonsed with RA. I am taking methotrexate and folic acid. I have so many questions and I am kinda scared. I have no idea what to expect. Right now my ankles and feet are swelling to gigantic proprtions. Any ideas on what I can do to actually fit into shoes?

I have been reading the boards for about a week now and I all of you seem so nice and helpful.
