Hello AI friends....I am home.

Got discharged from hospital this afternoon. My kitty cat has gone nuts to see me, she is driving me crazy. Neve is with her Dad and various people still.

I am too exhausted to write anything else at the moment but wanted to let you all know I was home.

Thank you for all your prayers and kind thoughts I know you have all sent my way.

I will update you all over the next few days when I have some energy as the last two weeks in hospital have been the most bizarre and amazing experience...I think what I have been through may be useful to us all in many different ways. I felt a bit like a pioneer.

Looking forward to catching up with you all soon.

Hugs and love... WELCOME BACK!!!!!

Cordy, I am so glad you are finally home, and thanks for coming on to let us know.  Rest up, even more than you think you need to, and let us know how things went when you're feeling up to it.
Rest, what ya mean rest.

She has been flat on her back doing nothing but rest with full services.
Cords should be on top of the world after a two week holiday. You are such a tease, Stephen Bodak!!!

Who knows full well I've hardly had a minute to breathe with medical staff coming at me from all directions!!! Lol.

And then, when you think they are finished with you...someone turns up and wants blood Hi Cords, great news, bet you can't wait to see Nevie.  Hope you are truly on the mend now.  Any chance of a home carer on occasions?  Hugs Janie. Janie, it's a long, long story but the quick answer is that many, many things are in process of being set up for me. I will write the full version when I can.

Yes, missing Nevie terribly. Saw her last Sunday at hospital which was wonderful but made me miss her more. She is with my brother and his wife at the moment. Uncle and Aunt have stepped up to the plate to help out. Brother brought me home from hospital today too. They never 'got' my RA until the last few weeks when they watched me collapse...so that is a bit of 'silver lining'.

Tons of stuff like that has come out of this situation which is all very valuable and important. Once again, it has shown me who my true 'friends' and supports are.

Hmmm...I am typing this with a pitiful, heartbroken, woeful tortoiseshell cat sitting on my right shoulder. She is pinning me down in case I attempt to run away again. So sorry that you had to get so sick for your family to understand... but hopefully now they can be more supportive to you and help w/ your needs    I'm glad you're home..

I hope this was a turn around that will give  you what you need..

I look forward to hearing more.!
I am so glad that your family has gotten a clue. Rest, rest, rest----that is what the doctor ordered!!!

Glad you are back!!Welcome home! I was just thinking of you yesterday wondering how you were doing. Rest up- be well!welcome home Cordy

Glad to have you back, woman!  Glad to see there are some glimmers of hope too!!!! Take it easy and fill us in when you can!!! Hey Cordy!!  Glad you're out of the hospital, I hope their'll be some big changes for you now .  Welcome homeWelcome home!  Can't wait to hear more, but get your rest first!Hi there Cordy, I am so pleased you are home you have been missed so much. I hope you are a lot better now and that you managed to get some rest in the hospital, you were in the right place at the right time. Sometimes it does have to get serious for family members to realise the full extent of what RA means and im glad that they have stepped forward to help you and Nevie. Just rest up with that kitty of yours and still take it easy so when  Nevie comes home you will both be able to make the most of it.
Lots of love and gentle hugs to you
Cordy, I do not do a lot of posting, but I always read your messages and have missed them.  Glad that you are on the mend and I am looking forward to hearing all about it.

Huggin ya! Welcome home Cordy, What better place to be than sitting in your own home with your kitty purring away in your ear.  My thoughts have been with you the last several weeks and I've thought about you often.  Take care.  Hugs, Lindy

I'm glad you're back home and things are looking up.  Any of us who have children know how hard this must have been for you.  Hopefully you and Neve will be reunited for good very soon and things will be in place for a healthier, easier time.

Best wishes to you Cordy.

Welcome Home!!! It seems things are really starting to look up for you, finally.  We can't wait to hear the details....after a nice long rest.  I know how those hospitals are..."Wake up, it's time for your sleeping pill."  LOLWelcome home!  It's really good to hear from you again.  Take care and get lots of rest.

My dear Cordy, I'm so happy you are home! I hope your  trip to the hospital was successful in getting you feeling better. I'm anxious to hear about the things that have happened since you've been gone, but you need to get  your strength back first. So stay snuggled up in your blankie with your kitty til you feel better.

I know you must miss Neve terribly, but I'm so glad you have found some people who are helping you.

Get some rest, Sweetie, and you can update us when you rested.

Much love, Nini
WELCOME HOME!!!!
*many gentle hugs*
I've been worried about ya!
Get lots and lots of rest. I'm so happy to hear you are finally getting the help you've needed for so long now. I'm sorry it took so long. I'm sure Neve will be super-excited to be with her "new" mommy. Welcome home! Welcome back to AI........it must  feel so wonderful just to be in your own bed!

Please take it easy and do not over do it!

SO glad you are back.
