Good to see you posting, I wondered where you were this morning. Well, you got some good news at your doc appt, no diabetes, good bp -- your B deficiencies can be taken care of w/shots and pills. Have no experience w/b12 shots, maybe just rest, drink water, have a snack. Take care B, hope you're feelin better soon. I was wondering where you were all morning as well!

I never had a B12 shot but my mom gets them and loves them.
