I haven't noticed any weird things yet but I'm not noticing any change in my RA either. It's only been a few weeks so I'll have to wait awhile longer to see if it will help. I hate to hear that you have had to be on prednisone for soooo long. Good luck! By the way...love your signature!!!!

I am now trying Arava. I started on a 20mg dose in addition to my other meds and my knees greatly improved. It was the first time in a long time I could walk without pain or swelling in them. It has given me a MAJOR case of diarrhea though. Rheumy is adjusting the med, to try to find a dose that my stomach can handle, so I can stay on it.
