Haven't seen a post from you and wondering how you are? Did the exercise wipe you out?
It is a warm, muggy day here in Maine. Tomorrow is supposed to be chilly. I think all these weather changes are making me flare up.
I am quite proud of myself, rode my hubby's bike around the yard three times last nite, doesn't sound like much...but to me is was. I really have to try to do a little exercise every day. The key word is try.

Sorry i haven't posted yet.been on the phone with four different dr.'s and a pharmacy.It has been crazy.had a meeting with Carrie's case worker,she is gonna help me get this mess straightened out with all these dr.'s for Carrie.I even had to call my reheumy.I need something different to help me sleep and asked if I could increase ultram.
Haven't gotten in the gym yet.My husband has to wait til the manager of the gym is there,he is out due to surgery.He is giving us a discount on our membership.Jimmy wants to deal with him only.
Good for you riding that bike.It's a start.
Well I have got to check a few more fibro message boards,branching out to talk to more fibros.Do you?I find it helpful.
