OK... So, I was laying in bed trying to go to sleep, since it is 3am, well now 3:30am.

I was laying kinda in the fetal position with my knees all bent and laying on my right side. I decided I wanted to lay on my back with my legs stretched all the way out. Which is a NEW thing I am able to do now. Well... not new, just have not been able to sleep with my legs straight out because of the swelling in my kness. I have been going to sleep on my back with my legs straight out! How cool is that?! Yeah... it might not mean much to some of you that I can lay on my back with my legs stretched straight out, but it means a LOT TO ME!

Anyways...

So... I get ready to roll over and then my left knee felt like it popped out of joint, sheer pain, and it was stuck in the bent up position. I tried to extend it, but it felt like it was popped out of place. I bent it back and tried again and again pain and not budging. I then bent it back up again, and rubbed it and pushed on it and then tried to straighten it again. FINALLY! It popped and then went straight. BUT that pop was sheer pain and now my knee feels weird.

I do not normally have problems like this with my left knee, it is usually my right knee with the little to no cartliage in it. I wonder just how the cartliage in my left knee is doing. I am guessing not so well, because this is about the same crap my right knee does.

Oh well... just thought I would share my trying to go to sleep experience with ya'll!

Enjoy!Well Joonie, we have something in common at least for the next couple of days.  I'm laying flat on my back recovering.  I never lay on my back, always on my sides so this is a bit difficult (not that I am complaining).  I'm sorry about your pain though.  No, Graciesmom... I am sorry about your pain. My pain only lasted until I fell back to sleep.

Much Hugs to you.
