Cordelia update | Arthritis Information

I've spoken to Cords tonite and she has mention that she is doing a tad better but they seem to be throwing a lot at her.
As I mentioned to Cords, they are giving you enough to kill an Ox, and all for very small benefit.

She has also seen her daughter Neve twice since being re admitted.
I think this would help both mother and daughter a lot.
Being in the local hospital certainly helps in this regard.

Cords did mention what she was on, but honestly, I found it hard to follow.

Pip: I did pass on your message and Cords thanks you and is thinking about it.

To sum up, doing a little better but a long ways from much better.
She still has a cheerful outlook and could manage a laugh.. but admitted, the whole thing is depressing.
Bodak2008-06-08 02:26:23Thanks for the update Stephen.  It must be much less stress for her being local and being able to see Neve, and know that she is being taken care of by family.   Hopefully now her family will be a bit more understanding and be able to help her out with Neve when she needs a break.  I know how much being in hospital can make you feel better in one way but worse in others.  You know you are being taken care of but losing control of your life can be really daunting.

It must be so hard to see a light at the end of the tunnel when the tunnel just seems to go on and on.  She really is a remarkable girl.
Please send her my thoughts and lots of hugs. She is so resilient and she will make it through all of this. I agree with Pam that being in hospital is such a two way street, she needs to be there but most definetly will want to be at home. I am so glad she has good care for neve, it must be a lot off of her mindWell tell her she is in our prayers. Poor Cordy.  She truly is remarkable the way she manages to stay cheerful.  It's so difficult to feel so ill, but she is very strong inside and that will help her.  She certainly deserves to feel better.  She needs small improvements to give her courage and I hope she gets some relief soon.  Many hugs to Cordy.Hugs to Cordy.  LindyThank you!
