My brain fog | Arthritis Information

I have been bit by the brainfog and fatique bug lately.

Oh my i was so confused about people posting for RLS. That is restless leg syndrom. Oh my i was thinking that people had ALS.

Very big difference. I was really worried about alot of people. I am so glad that i figured this out. I will still pray for those with restless leg syndrom. However i will sleep much better and worry a little less.

That brain fog is the absolute worst, isn't it? Don't you worry that people think you're a total airhead? I feel like a senile old lady most days. I just can't reach the words I need and it makes me nuts.

I'm getting close enough to safely say I'm having a Senior Moment. The problem though is it seems to last for hours ! I had to ask my son the name of a movie several different times. One of my favorites and i can not get it to stay in my head. I am not worried about it. I am sure i am irritating to some people. It can be an inconvience at times. I enjoy reruns more. Mab, hours? I'd be happy with hours! How about every day, all day?
