I have not seen a post from you in a while.

Yeah where are you WW? You disappeared after your Memorial Day picnic....Maybe the ants that attended her memorial day picnic made her their queen.ha ha i was feeling pretty good.  then on sunday june 8th i got sick was too sick monday to go to the doctor but tuesday i knew i had to go.  the doctor sent me straight to the hospital.   i had a headache, high fever, a weird cough where i would cough til i threw up.  the hospital kept me until saturday june 13th.   i have been on bed rest ever since.  the hospital had an i.v. in me from tuesday morning until saturday morning.  putting all kinds of crap in me!   i have been so sick.    back in the winter i had my remicade moved up to 4 weeks then i went back to 6 weeks but i was hurting.  my RA said 1 more at 4 weeks then 5 weeks then at 6 weeks.  well i got my 2nd 4weeks right about may 23rd felt GREAT until sunday june 8th then my body went hay wire.   the diagnosis was UTI,  infection was all over my body.  my fever did not break until wednesday night june 11th.  i am suppose to get remicade thursday.  my RA and his nurse are not calling me back.  this is typical.    i do not think i should get it yet?  do you?   the hospital doctor said 2 weeks after my release date.   i am still on an antibotic.  it makes me sick.   my daughter came in town from oregon this wednesday morning she is in a wedding and very busy.   my son is at OCS for the marines - pray for him 2 more weeks - pray for no injuries and he does well on his tests.  the marines could still send him home at anytime.   he plans to graduate  july 3rd.    my daughter's boyfriend flies in on july 11th.  we have never met him.   we are having a party for both children july 20th if i can get my butt in gear.   i was really scared i know all this was from my remicade.    i was really sick.   i am slowly but surely improving.   thanks for asking about me.   wonderwomanHi WW, I'm so sorry about the hospitalization and I hope you feel better soon.  It sounds like you're headed in the right direction.  You really need to get a hold of your RD.  They may postpone the infusion even longer than 2 weeks.  Take care, hope you have some good books, and enjoy your family.  Lindy

I am sorry to hear you were sick and hospitalized! I knew just figured the uninvited ants to your Memorial Day cookout carried you off.

Wow - what an ordeal.  Glad that you're on the mend.  Take it easy.

Wow they mean it when they say those biologics make you prone to infections don't they! Sorry you have been so ill and hope you are on the mend. Prayers going up to bring your son home safe and sound.

Rest up and get better so you can enjoy the kids when they all get there!

Sorry you have been so sick. It's such a bummer to feel so poorly. I would definitely wait to get your infusion until you are very sure you are well. Will you have follow-up blood work to check you progress? I hope you continue to feel better and better. You have a full calendar with those you love and need to be able to enjoy your time with them!
