I'm having one of those days where I just feel like eating everything!

I have been holding back- had fruit for breakfast and I just finished off a salad the size you were serve your entire family-all veggies though, nothing good in it and used FF dressing.
 
However! I want french fries. A pizza would go good. Some cookies and a big hunk of cake.

Sorry...no help from me...I'm in the same boat as you..
I've been trying to behave myself...and usually do...until the weekend...then watch out!!  I eat stuff I shouldn't and eat far more than I should.I get in those moods also where I want to eat all day but
I am the weird one who will snack on lots of fruits and veggies.
When I grew up that was what my mom always had for us.

Your food cravings must be related to stress and that glass 1/2 empty person mentioned in  your other post could be the cause today.   Another reason to think about how to distance yourself.  Although, once in awhile junk food is good, so maybe have them stop by periodically??  Can you request that they bring chocolate with them?

I wish I could help you, but I'm as bad as you are.  No willpower.  Zip.  Zilch. Nada
 
The only thing that helps me is not having the bad stuff in the house anywhere.  I can't eat it if it's not in the house. 
I'm a night eater (which is the worst time). I can do well all day but around this time of night I get my urge to junk out. I've been trying to be good but it's not working. I have a candy bar stashed in my purse that I bought today. Had to hide it from kids. LOL

You're not eating any protein, without protein you'll feel hungry all the time.  Have a chicken breast (palm size) or a small steak, piece of fish, any protein will help you feel fuller and dispel the cravings.  Dieting success is tied to a balanced diet, not starving yourself.  I learned that the hard way.  Good luck.  LindyHow about milk choc. turtles? It has pecans in it. Isn't that protein> LOL just joking.

CinDee, for me it has protein.....in fact I just had a piece of chocolate and I feel sooooooooo much better.  LindyMe too Lin....but then I took a drink of lemonade. Blah! Don't try that at home!! LOL

I think you are right about the protein. I had a mini snickers bar to try and quiet my stomach did that count? LOL. I never was an emotional eater but since I gave up the cocktails for MTX I think maybe it is my new vice....I also seem to be eating when I'm bored and we have been slow at my day job...Like I could help.... wwhich member of this forum has gained 35 lbs since diagnosis? That would be ME!
