How do you get cactus stickers out of a 2 year olds hand? if any1 know please tell me.  OOFA- I don't know but I bet you have your hands full right now! How about adhesive from a band-aid?I would try soaking his hand warm water as long as possible - I know a 2 year old doesn't have a lot of patience!  If you can get the hand to the really soft stage where it starts to wrinkle, it should be easier to get them out. Hillhoney2008-06-30 16:14:30I got most of them out with duck tape,  the scott tape as I call it wouldn't work, he's still crying, don't want me near him now, great grandpa has him....I know one big cactus is coming down, he just walked up and grab it getting 100s of tiny things in his hand.  I sure hope he has  no ill efect from it.....mom gone may have to call her.poor little thing!Rusty, I just read on-line that you should cover the area with Elmer's glue and gauze, and let the glue dry and then peel it off.

You could always try something like Boilease, it's a draw-out salve.thank you all, his parents came and been  pulling them out one by one, they just left.  I'm going to call her about the glue and boilease.   thanks againI've heard that waxing (yes, like what you use on eyebrows, legs and hoo-hoos) works too.
