It's weird but I hadn't noticed it but my husband says he notices my hands tremble when I pick up a cup of tea.  Goes to show how used to things you become.

Mine do that too Jason.

so do my feet when I go to curl my toes toward the pads of my feet.

It is weird.

Mine mostly does it when I have alot of inflammation going on. Like in my fingers/hands and feet.

Yeah, they tremble of their own accord. I only noticed it a few weeks ago

My feet spasm too. horribly painful.

yeah, my hands shake pretty bad.  It's been happening so long til I don't much notice it anymore except on really bad days.

At times yes; I haven't really nailed down a pattern for it yet. Some times it's worse than others.Me,too. May be stress related in me. Fatigue will do it to me too.I shake also.  My rheumatologist said prednisone is well known for giving people the shakes so those of you who may be on prednisone can look to the pred for the shakes.  Said it is also well known in higher dosage for causing headaches akin to migraine.  But as he said "its a hell of a painkiller!"
