I dont know for sure if I have this or not but I sleep good at night and yet during the day I will have these episodes of drowsiness. I can be talking to someone or listening and I get so sleepy I start to doze off. Just sitting there! And as soon as I do start to doze off I right away start to have like dreams. It's bizzare!!!!!!! It's emabarrassing to say the least. I have found that during the day at work I have to drink coffee all day to keep this from happening. I can't always get up and walk around.
