The thigh problem | Arthritis Information

Ok remember when I went to the ER for that pain in my right hip/thigh/leg pain?

I told the ER Dr to feel that hard spot in my thigh and he said it was mucsle spasm.

Then I told my rhuemy about it and she felt it and said it was spasm and fibro.

Now... I noticed last night, that it has moved up my leg. Now it is on the outside of my right hip and more towards the groin area.

It does not feel like a spasm to me. It is a hard mass. No other way for me to describe it. I does not hurt, but it helps contribute to my pain, because it makes it to where I cannot lift my leg up without using my hands. It is like my leg is dead... meaning no muscle strength to lift my leg up without using my hands.

I am not sure what it is, but someone... needs to figure out what the heck it is!
I don't know diddly from squat, since I am new to this RA but,
If the mass has moved and you fell it as a hard mass, I think maybe you should see your ER or Dr. as soon as possible and have them feel it maybe take an Xray, or MRI of the mass, it could be something entirely different.
again I don't know diddly fro, ya know , so wait for better advice maybe your best bet,!
Oh they have all felt it. But this time it has moved. It use to be middle way of my thigh, and now it is up on the outside of my hip, where your leg creases when you sit down, that is where it is at now.

I can tell it is something because it is swelled puffy, and when I press down on it you can feel it.

I do not know what it is, but I go back to GP Thursday and I will tell him about it, if it is still there when I go. It comes & goes, but most times it is always there.
