CEO pay is a market like anything else and will correct itself if it gets out of line.

It's way out of line and yes, it looks like it's correcting. I liked the last link as too many times we think there is nothing we can do to have a say in anything. This tells how people can influence some of this.

CEO's compete in a very small market so when the business world was booming they could name their price..now that the markets are struggling you will see the numbers come down...especially those with a lot of stock options.
