Has anyone ever had pain/more achiness in their upper left thigh?  I didn't do anything to it, my brother got married today so I got up around 6:30 to put out some table decorations, nothing strenuious.  It was a small wedding and just a reception lunch so not too long at all, I did have chase my children a little (in heeled sandles) especially my 2 year old who kept running out to the bar and that was actually kind of funny!  Just wondering if I should be concerned or not?  My ra is mostly in my feet, ankles and knees, I am just a little scared.

Just putting the kids to bed and standing for awhile longer and almost feels like pain is radiating from my left knee.  When sitting I can only feel my thigh aching.

Sometimes things are not RA related at all and just some kind of muscle strain. Ever since I got RA I'm the same way though- every strange sensation I attribute to RA.Yes, I have pain and muscle cramps on my left theigh too. Muscle relaxers work great me for. So does a hot bath; I can also feel pain and stiffness in my left knee too when I have been up and about for too long. I can sometimes actually see the muscle on my leg twitch. Weirdest thing I've ever seen!
My knee and collateral ligament radiates pain up to my thighs but that's OA and PsA.   Are you walking different and putting more strain on other leg?  Even wearing sandals with a small heels all day would cause pain in different areas of your leg because the small heels distribute the weight differently than when you wear flats.  If it continues to hurt on Mon. call your primary care or if it becomes warm and red go to the ER.  Take care.  LindyThanks everyone, it still really hurts today but it seems to be from the knee up.  It feels like a bunch of pulled muscles.  Maybe I did just over do it yesterday, I guess I'm no spring chicken anymore.  Thanks for all the great input!
