Ok, so I have been complaining and whinning about my right hip/thigh/leg problem since October '07.

Well... tonight was at in-laws igloo and I was wearing shorts. I was so stiff and hurt so bad from the cold air, it was just not a good thing. I had to come home to thaw out in my 85 degree house

Anyways...

I was sitting there fixing there computer then, a pain went thru my thigh, so I started to rub it, you know to warm it up. Then I rubbed up to where that area that was in the middle of my thigh that I think moved up my leg. Well... my leg was cold until I got to that area. It was REALLY REALLY warm, like how my knees get when they are about to swell good.

I am not sure why it would be warm, it is not even in a joint, the area that is/was really warm to the touch. I mean I could cup my hand over the area not touching the skin and feel the warmth radiating off of it!

Now... I pose this question... what would feel like a thighened muscle, but move up from where it was, and then be really really warm to the touch?

I have no idea... but I do have another symptom to add to my mystery pain/problem. Itmight just crack the case!
"Her thigh muscles were burning hot, as she rubbed her hands up her leg. . ."

It's all in how you look at it,

No, nothing in the area, except the mystery "muscle spasm" that keeps moving!

They told me that that thing I feel in my thigh is a muscle spasm. I do not think it is because it never hurts where it feels like a thightened muscle, it hurts on the outside of my hip and in my hip when I have pain.

Now what ever this is that has moved up, it is making the inside of my thigh have pain to my knee.

I do not know what it is.

Oh and since it has moved up my thigh closer to my inner thigh/hip, When I take a deep breath in, I can feel kinda like a vacuum suction in that part of my leg and the feeling goes straight down to my knee. It is weird. It kinda feels like a window was opened and a big gust of wind came thru, and the window was shut before the wind got to exit. I told my GP about, because he was making take deep breaths in and it was doing it and all he did was look at me and smile and said nothing about or even question it.

Soo....

I do not know.
joonie2008-07-20 15:15:00Ok... it just dawned on me like 10mins ago, while I was replying to another post, that I did have something done in that area of my hip.

The area that the "muscle spasm" is at now, is the area where the neurologist stuck that needle in my hip, for the nerve damage test.

The area has not been warm today or this evening, but I also have not been walking around much either. But I still can feel it, and I have some pain still. My knees are in swell mode. *rolls eyes*

But other than my knees, back, neck, hips and ankles. I am doing "pretty good".
