Who put Medrol in the drinking water? | Arthritis Information

For the last several weeks I've been feeling really achy, stiff, run down and tired, running low-grade fever, etc. Well, this morning I woke up before the alarm clock and I feel like I've just started a Medrol dose-pak. I can actually think clearly and I have a ton of energy. Very strange, this RA! Pass the water please - haha!

seriously though, I sometimes think that I should write everythign I do and eat .. and find there are triggers in my life that are positives and negatives........
