Ppositive ANA | Arthritis Information

I have been dx.d with Fibromyalgia and also have some neurological things like spasticity, hyper reflexia, numbness, tingling and worst of all a sensation of burning always the same place, the top of my left hand.  I noticed on my paperwork that the Rheumotologist gave me a week ago that I have a postive ANA.  What does that imply? This is a good website to explain the ANA.

I had a Positive ANA 1:160 w/ speckled pattern.  I had no other positive antibody tests. and all my future ANA's were negative.

I'm not sure what that all means either.

It can mean nothing... here's some info about false positives:

Best of luck to you!!
