today, after reading that many of you do that! Late I know, but with what has been happening to my body these last few weeks after a couple of ' reprieve' months I understand how important it will be when I go see my Rheumy again. My memory is buggered too, so a diary sure will help there!! Just want to say thanks for that advice, makes sense to this girl about now.
