Well, today a hard knot came up on the bone of my wrist, the side where the pinky is. I looked at the bone on the left wrist and it is about 1/5th the size of the one on the right. I am sure this wasnt there last nite because I have been putting lotion on hands and wrists every nite and sure I would have noticed. Has anyone had this kind of knot come up? It is hard and feels like just the bone. Doesnt hurt though, thank goodness.I had something very similar on the side of my left pointer finger for about 6 months. There were days where it would hurt a bit but nothing serious. I also had a very large one on my left elbow. Sine I went on prednisone and MX they boh went away.I have had a knot on my right thumb for about 3 years now. Since I was dx. It hurts sometimes but not very badily. It does make it hard to bend my thumb and write unless I have a huge pen. The dr said was a ra nodule and sometimes they go away and sometimes they don't. I think I have one that won't go away.thanks cindee and guy, every day is something new with this disease isnt it? My fingers hurt and look like sausages again, nodules on both palms, and now knots on the wrist... I have an enlarged bone in the same place. Came up about 5 days ago. Mine hurts sometimes.
