Is it just me, our does th RA AACT UP WORSE night? Seemd like I am okay doinge what want to do through the day, but when night falls, really in pain. Is tis typicyle, or am I imagining things?Happened that way for me too. Same as with influenza, a bad cold, toothache etc! Always worse at night. yep.. me too.

I think part of it is he aftermath of all that we've done all day....... catches up w/ us.....

In the beginning I had a pain cycle that lasted from 11 PM til 11 AM every night . It was the worst thing I've been through. Everyone else was in bed asleep and I suffered all night alone.

I still feel most sore after dinner through bedtime.

Just the opposite for me... it's worst in the morning. Everything is stiffer. I feel better when I get up and moving, but if I'm throwing a flare it's so damn hard to even get up and get moving!!! Of course, if I overdo it (like when I was hauling servers around at work) I don't feel so great at night, but my non-RA colleagues have the same problems after we have to rearrange the lab.
