Does any one know anything about the lymp nodes under your shoulders? Or maybe it's underarms. Today, I noticed my lymp nodes were hurting. I guss it's what it is. They feel swollen and hurt under both arms. Is this Ra related or something else? Any suggestions would be helpful. Also my right foot has joined in the game as far as toes curling..OUCH! My hands are so swollen along with my feet and ankles...hurt, hurt, hurt. Any suggestions?Hi Lostpoet,

I sent you a pm on this subject.  Please take a look when you get the chance.  Hiking_gal
I had a swollen lymp node under my arm.  But my neck had been hurting and stiff for weeks.  When that cleared up the swollen lymp node left.  It scarred me at first having a lump under my arm. Thanks Hiking..gal and Aleva. It kinda scared me.I have an enlarged lymphnode under my armpit that my RD checks at every visit. I don't feel it. It was discovered when I had a CT with contrast. So far there is no change in it. I have heard RA sufferers are notorious for having swollen lymphnodes. Thanks wantobe, that helps knowing it's probably nothing.Even so- if it persists please bring it to your doctor's attention just to be safe.Swollen lymph nodes should be checked out ASAP. You never know what is going on and it could be an infection. If they are soft, tender and roll, they generally say they are ok. If they are fixed, hard and non tender, it is more of a worry. This is just a general rule and there are many different scenerios that may play into the inflammation. Get this checked out. It is not something you should ignore either way.OOPS! They hare hard and don't roll. Now I.m scared againlostpoet. I didn't mean to scare you. Was just telling you what we learn in school. Do get in and get them checked out. Mine do get tender when my RA is acting up.  Both my OBGYN and my RA Doc said call if they last longer than 2 weeks.
