I don't know much about ginseng, but thought maybe I'd take some to see if it would increase my energy level.
I'd ask your doc or pharmacist just to be safe, but from what I've read ginseng is primarily an interaction risk for people with high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiac problems, who are on blood thinners (even aspirin). Dosage/quantity is also probably an important factor.
