We are expecting our 3rd grandchild in Oct. He has a 3 year old sister.
My oldest daughter has an 18 year old daughter. She was my first grandchild and I was only 42 when she was born and still in pretty good health.
Enjoy him every minute you can. They grow up too fast.

I am looking forward to next week when he gets to come home. I took vacation time to be at my son's house daily (they live very close) to help DIL w/ the baby. (her parents have passed on
I'll cook their meals and help w/ laundry so they can enjoy their son.. and I'm sure I will sneak in a few kisses and snuggles w/ him too
I am so in love w/ this child and he's only a few days old. It's amazing.
Sounds like you're a good grandma already! What will you have him call you?my oldest daughter referred to me as G-mom when talking to her "babies" aka her dogs.. and I like that! so, I think that Aidan can call me that too..

I am a great grandma and my youngest one is 4 years old. The great grandkids call me GG, therefore my name on the board.
