Poor prognosic features? | Arthritis Information

I noticed that in the article posted earlier.  What does that mean? I'm assuming it means that you haven't responded to other treatments, perhaps of less intensity?  Just trying to learn the lingo!I had printed the article and if I'm looking in the correct section, the following are markers of poor prognosis:

functional limitation (HAQ disability index score)
extraarticular disease (vasculitis, RA lung disease, Sjogrens syndrome, etc)
RF and/or CCP positive
bony erosions by radiography

What I can't remember reading and can't find it in a quick review, is whether even having one means you fall into poor prognosis, or if you need all four.  I'm guessing just one may put you there - but will keep reading or wait as I'm sure someone else will know.
