Arthritis Information -caffeine/glucosamine & chondroitin

1. Does anyone know if/what the risks of caffeine consumption are realtive to OA. I have OA in my hip and now it feels like it is probably spreading to my knee. 

2. Does anyone know what the most effective from of glucosamine and chondroitin are. ie, bonded with sulfate. How effective are these supplements and are there critical issue like does caffeine defeat there benefit.
