Hi my name is Teresa. I have been sick since may. I first had pnuemonia and pluresy . Then my joints started being attaked one by one. I ended up in a wheelchair. Now that flare is over and I have had sevgeral since. I have been seeing a rhuemy since july I have seen him 5 x. I was diagnosed with ra. I am on metho and predisone. and some pain killers. I am just coming out of a flare. I am looking for a knew rhuemy as he does not listen to me . I have been haing chest pains for a week and something has poped up on the bottom of my big toe. My fingers and toes and hip always hurt but I can handle that. My gp today said that my chest is the joints that attach the chestto the ribs it hurt real bad when he pushed on them. It puts pain right down my shoulders and arms anyways I had told my rhuemy all this stuff but he said it just looked like I was stressed out he blew me off well I am a proactive person . I even go swimming or to the gym on the bike and walk if I am not in a flare so I am not a complainer I do not even go to the dr much before this so he is gone and my dr will find a more sutible on anyways that is my story and nice to meet you all I hope I get some friend on here to talk to as nobody understands like you guys.....TERESA
