LinB....I saw a reply post where you referred to a journal and the importance of logging meds, pain levels, symptoms, etc....

I have looked everywhere for such a  journal and ended up using just a regular notebook, but surely there is something for patients who need to track their diseases and meds.

Do you, or anyone else for that matter, have a journal you can recommend?

I just keep my own record on my computerI use a day planner. Diane, Jasminerain who's a member of the forum has a log page that she put together and posted quite awhile ago.  If she reads this maybe she'll post it again.  I think it was Jas, she'll let us know.  I'll pm her.  Lindy
I have great intentions of keeping one but usually just jot some diary notes on computer!
lorrie2008-11-21 22:27:35Jas said she'd post the page in a day or so.  I didn't use her journal page because I already had a journal that I had kept for 5 years and why change.  I thought it would be useful for some of the newbies to see and possibly use.  LindyYou could do a google search and find something. There are websites that you can log your progress in. I don't use one; but it's a good idea. Especially for those trying to pin point problems. You might be best to make up your own that arre specific to your problems. Lots of these pre-made pages will have stuff you won't use on them.Try this link. It will give yo pain charts, questions to ask your Dr., etc

You guys are amazing!  Thanks so much for all the ideas.  I'll check all these out.

I use a planner as well. It's more like a calendar layout and what I like best about it is it's easy to look at and see patterns of my good and bad days, how well/long my meds are working and It's simple for my rheumy to look at and interpret too.
