Naproxen vs. naproxen sodium | Arthritis Information

While we're discussing naproxen, what is the difference between plain naproxen and naproxen sodium which is Aleve? Any experience with either?

In theory naproxen sodium will work quicker and be easier on the stomach. In practice, there's not much difference. I prefer naproxen sodium because it is cheap and available over-the-counter at almost any store. Jas-
