Dry mouth ,Mobic or RA | Arthritis Information

I've had dry mouth for 2 months. I thought it might be from mobic but Dr. said RA can cause it. Researching this I found out that would be secondary Sjogren's syndrome, which is an autoimmune condition and not curable...blah...blah...blah...When does it ever end??

I'm wondering how common this is. Do RA drugs alleviate it? My doc gave me evoxac. Has anyone else tried it?

Thanks,

Jodi

I have it too in the form of dry eye. My RD called it Sjogren's also. I treat the dry eye with drops...but that's it as of right now. I haven't really had any other complications from it; but I do think this dry falkey skin is related as well.

Albear posted a great link that explains Sjogren's like I've never heard it explained before. There's actually a lot more to it than I originally thought. I'll see if I can find it.

And yes; you're right....it never seems to end.

We were just discussing this with Emma not too long ago. If you look back several pages you'll find that discussion too.
