My aching foot | Arthritis Information

I've been going to a pt for a peroneal strain for 2 months.   My feet were feeling much better.

Yesterday I had a pedicure.  Somehow I had forgotten about the foot massage.  I didn't know what to say and it didn't seem to hurt too bad so I continued.

Today my foot seems to feel almost as a bad as it did in the beginning.  I'm so discouraged.

My physical therapist thinks that kind of massage is much too rough.  I said will it be better in a copule of days and he sad yes.  I hope I wasn't just putting words in his mouth!

This has been going on since MAay and is getting old.  I can't believe I did something to screw up my progress.

I've spent the afternoon on the couch with a bag of oreos and an ice pack.

My RD says there is no connection between ra, tendonitis bursitis, etc.  In my case though, they've all seemed to appear around the same time.

I do have a great deal of confidence in her, she's not afraid to treat and I know that's important.

Well, that's my gripe.  I feel better just putting it on paper!

Oooowww... oreos! Ok.. back on track...

Sorry to hear about the "mean" massage. I hope it gets better in the next couple of days.

Rest up and .... ummm.... can I have an oreo? Are they the Halloween ones? Never had them before. I did have the strawberry milkshake ones... they were delicious!

Joonie, you are one of the reasons I really enjoy this message board.

You are funny and brave!

The oreos aren't Halloween ones but they are double stuffed.

Thanks for your good wishes!
And yes, you can have as many as you want!Dotty sorry your foots are hurting after a pedicure- darn that's supposed to make you feel good! But speaking of oreos- has anyone had the Banan Split flavor? OMG- I canb't buy them anymore because I just couldn't stay away from them!
