Flu Mist vaccine - anyone try it? | Arthritis Information

My kids got the Flu-Mist vaccine on Wednesday.  No ill effects, and much more tolerable than the flu shots.  Just wondering if anyone else has had any experience with this vaccine?  We all get flu vaccinations every year due to my husband's and father's cardiac conditions and my stepmother's ongoing cancer battle.  They certainly need all the help they can get to avoid the flu!

Some of us can't get the mist due to our medications. I can't remember if it's the Humira or the MTX or it might be both....but my doctor said I should never take that. There's a poster up in his office during Flu Season that warns against it.

Does sound easier though...although I've never had a problem with the shot.

Knock-on-wood; I've never had the flu.
