I saw a great program on the Discovery Channel, the Ice Hotel in Sweden, built every year, then melts. You can see the DVD at shopping.discovery.com/?jzid+40588004-61-0 and type in Ice Hotel. Jan, My brother lives in Augusta Ga. and he is an ice sculpturer and in Jan we went to Canada to meet a man who builds those ice hotels all over. It was amazing to see his work. They have hundreds of machines to make ice my brother has 4. The mans name was Julian. They have machines that cut out the ice and can make hundreds of ice sculptures in no time my brother uses chainsaw, and chissels he is very talented. He is an Executive chef and has his own catering buissness and I work with him when I am able. I have been living with him since last Nov. and so I worked with him alot but found out real quick that my body doesn't move well with that job. Still fill in on big to Da's. I love it.
