I have recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis, I am clueless on how i should take this to an account.. i dont know if this is something i really need to worry about or be careful on what i should do. I need advice on this diagnose to help me live my life or how i should take care of it. If anyone that has it please help me by giving me information on the osteoarthritis. should i be worried about having surgery or will i hurt myself even more if i push my body to do things that i am used to doing or be more careful on what i am doing. I have looked up about the osteoarthritis on what it means but i rather get my information from someone that has it.
