I’m new too, please say Hi | Arthritis Information

My name is Michele and I live in Buckinghamshire in the UK, I’m 47 years young – lol and married with 2 daughters of 15 & 19, and a son of 22. We also share our home with three English Cocker Spaniels whom I have shown at Crufts. Showing my dogs is, or rather was until recently my hobby, I also breed the occasional litter, but quite how I’m going to manage kneeling now I don’t know.

I haven’t been diagnosed as such yet, my rheumatologist calls it inflammatory arthritis. All of this only started in April this year, and already my knees, feet, some fingers and my right shoulder are affected.

I’m still managing work at the moment. I am a mobile dog groomer, but only do table dogs no bigger than a cocker. My hobbies, other than dog showing are reading, cooking, music and travel.

I don't want you to think people here aren't very friendly...there just isn't a lot of activity here anymore.
